Browntop Millet Idly/ Dosa

Ingredients

  • Browntop Millet Flour – 1 cup
  • Rice Flour – ¼ cup
  • Urad dal powder – ¼ cup
  • Fenugreek – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 to 1.5 cups (adjust as needed)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil or Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter
    In a mixing bowl, combine browntop millet flour, rice flour, urad dal flour, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth, flowing batter. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cook the Dosa, Crisp and Flip
    Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook for a few seconds.
  3. Serve Hot
    Serve with coconut chutney or sambar for a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Enjoy! 😊
