
Browntop Millet Idly/ Dosa
Ingredients
- Browntop Millet Flour – 1 cup
- Rice Flour – ¼ cup
- Urad dal powder – ¼ cup
- Fenugreek – 1 tsp
- Water – 1 to 1.5 cups (adjust as needed)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil or Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine browntop millet flour, rice flour, urad dal flour, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth, flowing batter. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. - Cook the Dosa, Crisp and Flip
Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook for a few seconds. - Serve Hot
Serve with coconut chutney or sambar for a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Enjoy! 😊
